Delivery charges are per order. An order can be delivered to one address only. If you require to send orders to multiple addresses you will need to place a separate order for each address.

DELIVERY RULES & RESTRICTIONS

We will deliver the goods in accordance with the delivery option selected by you during the order process.

UK mainland orders received by 12:00 GMT+1, Monday to Friday, will be dispatched the same day for the express and next business-day delivery option and the following day for standard delivery.

EU orders received by 12:00 GMT+1, Monday to Friday, will be dispatched the same day for express delivery and the following day for standard delivery.

Your order will be dispatched after your payment reservation has been approved and/or any other necessary verification has been completed. To be dispatched on the same day, your order must be submitted and such approval and verifications completed by no later than 12.00 pm from Monday to Friday. All other orders will be dispatched on the day that credit approval and/or other verifications are completed, unless the same takes place after 12.00 pm, in which case the order will be dispatched on the following business day.

Deliveries to some remote addresses may not qualify for Next Day Delivery and may require up to 3 additional days.

When the warehouse has prepared and packed your order and it’s ready to be dispatched, you will receive a dispatch e-mail. Our orders are generally dispatched within 1 - 3 business days. This e-mail will contain delivery details as well as a tracking link that can be used to track your order.

Please allow two additional days for deliveries to Scottish Highlands, Aberdeen, Northern Ireland and other rural areas. Please note that some deliveries to Northern Ireland could be delayed by Irish Customs. We apologise in advance for any inconvenience this may cause our customers.

Orders are processed and shipped on business days only (Monday through Friday, excluding bank holidays).

Any delivery timescales quoted to you are indicative only. Orders may be delivered in one or more delivery.

Decorté does not accept any liability whatsoever for delayed delivery caused by any third party. As soon as you have received the goods, you will assume all risk in the goods. Upon delivery of the goods to you, we will also provide you with sufficient details to enable you to:

a) exercise your right of cancellation; and

b) address any intended cancellation or complaints to the correct place of business.

Some orders require a signature upon delivery. If you are not there to receive your order, our delivery company may leave a telephone number or delivery card for you to make alternative arrangements. To ensure secure and undamaged delivery of your order, our delivery company will not be able to leave your order 'hidden' at the address.

DELIVERY ADDRESSES

Please ensure that there are no mistakes with addresses to ensure a smooth delivery. We are unable to process orders to a P.O Box address. We are unable to offer delivery to British Forces Postal Office addresses.

ORDERS WITHIN THE EUROPEAN UNION

We currently deliver to the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden.

Be advised that for security purposes, all package deliveries will require a signature. If a signature waiver is provided, Decorté UK cannot accept responsibility for the theft or loss of items once delivered.

All prices indicated for products available via the site are inclusive of VAT at the current UK rates and are exclusive of delivery charges. The total cost of your order is the price of the products ordered and delivery charges.
